Overview

Designed to simplify the distribution of lists of key contacts to BlackBerry smartphones, Flowfinity Contacts is an "out-of-the-box" application for managing business critical contact lists and have them available for immediate use. In other words, a large, frequently changing corporate directory and/or a long list of customers contacts can be managed centrally and automatically distributed to all employees. This robust, enterprise-class approach is called Enterprise Contact Management.

With Flowfinity Contacts, each employee can have a corporate directory always available and always up-to-date on their BlackBerry. That means employees "on-the-go" always have email addresses and phone numbers of all employees at their fingertips without having to manage the contact lists themselves. This improves company wide communications, and can also be useful in emergency situations where access to your mail or other data systems is interrupted while urgently needing to account for all personnel and track down key decision makers.
