Opportunity

Do you want to make an impact and help us change the way companies think about business applications? Do you have a proven record of successfully selling software and services, and nurturing helpful, positive relationships with customers? If your answer is "yes" we have a home for you at Flowfinity. As a Client Executive you will be responsible for new business development in a broad geographic territory. You will use your sales, negotiation and leadership skills to prospect, conduct lead generation activities and sell Flowfinity software into medium and enterprise businesses.

Responsibilities

You will meet/exceed assigned revenue goals working with the extended team and manage your territory to successfully prospect and close deals. You will follow up on leads and organize discovery calls and product demos for qualified customers and manage the technical validation process. You will work smarter not harder and share your standard methodologies and successes with the team.

The How

  • Communicate with customers and prospects to help them solve business problems through the use of Flowfinity Actions. Build those relationships to align with Flowfinity’s “customer for life” aspiration
  • Manage accounts by building and cultivating client relationships through personalized contact, understanding of clients’ needs, and communicate solution values of products and services
  • Accurately forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments and consistently deliver against that forecast
  • Communicate with internal departments including Professional Services, Marketing and Product Management to share customer feedback and arrange for the best solutions for customers
  • Act as the customers' advocate to ensure Flowfinity products and services are delivered to meet their needs with the highest quality and to their satisfaction
  • Participate in the development of sales support materials to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sale process
  • Support attendance and make recommendations for field marketing business and industry events to raise awareness of Flowfinity in the business community
  • Identify opportunities for self-development to continually improve your ability to perform this role and grow into new roles in the future

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in selling enterprise IT software solutions (workflow automation, BI, data analytics, mobility solutions)
  • Successful experience running the entire sales cycle from start to finish and experience being responsible for your own quota
  • Consultative sales experience and challenging companies/businesses to think differently
  • Successful in finding and uncovering new opportunities with prospects and existing business, cold calling and hunting for business
  • Highly motivated and professional, with excellent English verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter able to work independently but also a contributing member of a team
